Product Application

A pneumatic double balance cylinder is used to balance the weight of slider and patrix , reduce

 impact and noise, eliminate gap between link lever and slider and erduce impact and wear of

 rotation parts.

Main Features

1) The machine body is made of high quality welding steel plates. They bear temper and 

shot blast treatment( or vibration aging ), so have good rigidity and stable accuracy.

2) The crank is located horizontally, so it has compact structure. 

3)  It bears high frequency quench and grinding processing so has good finish and

 smooth rotation. 

4) The guide-direction surface of the rectangular six-face long guide track is inlaid with 

bronze plate so the guide-direction accuracy is high.

5) All key parts such as pneumatic elements, electric device elements, seal parts and 

buttons are import parts.

Payment Terms:
T/T, L/C at sight are acceptable by us.

Guarantee period:
Our product quality guarantee period is 13 months from B/L date. During

 guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case

 of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by

 customers' incorrect operations, we will provide customers spare parts

 at cost price. We also can offer flexible extended warranties according

 to the actual situation. 

After-sales services:
Our engineer can go to your factory for installation and showing 

operation details on condition of you provide the round-trip air tickets, 

visa formalities, food and accommodation. In turn, your engineers can 

come to our factory for learning the installation, operation and 

maintenance for free.
