HRK series cutting machine is the upgrade of traditional ones. Adopted frame structure, this series make the overall stress relief tempered, bolts connecting with high strength , and the overall rigidity is good, and will gain less deformation. The beams of this series is solid without moving, the work piece material can be sent by the evacuation mechanism,and as for work tables, they were make of carbon tool steel, hardness of which can be 55-60HRC (ordinary table<30HRC)after high-frequency surface hardening, which makes the work table much harder than the hardness of stainless steel, and completely solve the phenomenon of the work surface grooves appeared due to low hardness of traditional machines, to ensure the work surface flatness ≤ ± 0.03mm, completely solve the reduction of the accuracy of the V-grooves due to deformation of work table surface, prolonged the life of the equipment. Around the work table there are care feeding device to prevent scratches during processing of sheet metal.

6.Mitsubishi servo motor control turret and feeding device, has accurate chipping and precise positioning.
7.As for Turret, it changed the traditional way to the way of forging nut screw drive steel rack and pinion, work together withprecise planetary gear of Li Ming Taiwan and servo motor power of Mitsubishi, which makes it easier to maintain, lower the failure rate, and makes it return faster, more efficient, and run more smoothly in a muted way.

9.work table surface is equipped with a mechanical compensation, after long-time use it can adjust error of depth of V groove 
10.Allowing using three knives to process "V" groove, thus the cutting amount can be allocated evenly,and the deformation of the workpiece can be reduced.
